All bookings, appointment confirmations and requests to amend or cancel appointments are managed via WhatsApp.
I understand that life happens and that illness or unexpected circumstances can sometimes make it impossible to attend. I don’t charge for missed appointments , as I believe in building our relationship on trust, understanding and transparency. Flexibility works both ways.
I simply ask that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange, so that I can offer the appointment to someone else. This is especially appreciated for premium appointments: evenings and weekends, when availability is limited.
Thank you for respecting my time and helping to maintain a viable business.

I am fully qualified in all treatments I offer and work strictly within my professional scope of practice and training. Copies of relevant qualifications and certificates are available on request. I hold appropriate professional insurance for my practice, and details of my insurance policy can be provided upon request. Your safety, trust and wellbeing are central to the way I work.

To help ensure your safety and wellbeing, you will be asked to complete a consultation form or health questionnaire before your treatment. These records are held securely in paper format, and you will be asked to provide informed consent by signing the relevant form before we begin.
It is important that you disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, medication or changes in your health, so that I can assess your suitability for treatment and make any necessary adjustments.
I reserve the right to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment if I believe it may be unsuitable or potentially unsafe for you. Where appropriate, I may recommend that you seek advice from your GP or another suitably qualified healthcare professional before proceeding.
You are always in control of your treatment and may ask for it to stop at any time.
All treatments are provided within my professional scope of practice, qualifications and training. Complementary therapies are intended to support wellbeing and are not a replacement for prescribed medication, medical treatment, or advice and treatment plans provided by your GP or other healthcare professionals.
I will never advise you to stop or change prescribed medication, nor will I interfere with a treatment plan provided by another healthcare professional. If you wish to discuss how complementary therapy may sit alongside your existing care, I will respect your choices while encouraging you to seek guidance from the appropriate healthcare professional where needed.
